噴碼檢測設備采用機器視覺系統進行在線高速檢測，適用油墨碼，激光碼等各類型噴碼，設備主要分為三個單元：視覺檢測單元、系統控制單元、不良品剔出單元。
視覺檢測單元采用高速相機配合視覺**LED光源，圖像清晰，軟件算法成熟穩定，操作步驟簡單易懂。對缺碼、部分缺碼、碼模糊、碼移位等不良品進行檢測并自動剔除，實現并滿足客戶對高速在線生產質量管理的需求，提高檢測效率和準確性，降低企業人力成本。

Print code detection equipment adopts machine vision system to carry out high speed detection and applies to ink and laser code or other types of code. The equipment is mainly divided into 3 units: vision detection unit, system control unit and defective product removing unit. The vision detection unit adopts high speed camera with visually dedicated LED light source. Its image is clear, soft algorithm is mature and stable and operation steps are easy to understand.
