THYOSIL IM76 is a DMEA (Dimethyilaminoethanol) neutralized resin solution.

THYOSIL IM76 was specially developed for producing high resistance waterborne industrial enamels when it is formulated with monomeric melamine resins.

 THYOSIL IM76   專(zhuān)為與氨基樹(shù)脂配方用于生產(chǎn)高抗水性工業(yè)搪瓷和瓷漆而開(kāi)發(fā)的。

THYOSIL IM76 plus Melanine resin leads to industrial baking enamels that feature outstanding spray characteristics and film properties.

Application 應(yīng)用

Enamels based on THYOSIL IM76 solutions may be easily sprayed. They atomize finely and without sagging.

The enamels formulated on base of THYOSIL IM76, show similar properties to those obtained with solvent-borne systems and match or surpass those of other water reducible coatings made with high levels of co-solvents.

Additionally, enamels made with THYOSIL IM76 solutions, exhibit less sensitivity to variations in the environment conditions (temperature/relative humidity).

Manufacturing instructions 生產(chǎn)說(shuō)明

a)    Load water and THYOSIL IM76 into Cowles and stir at low speed.

      將水和IM76加入釜中并低速攪拌

b)    Load Butyl Glycol, n-Butanol and DMAE agent and mix for 5 minutes.

     加入丁基乙二醇，正丁醇，二甲基乙醇胺，并混合5分鐘

c)    Increase Cowles speed, add slowly TiO₂.提高攪拌速度并慢慢添加鈦白粉

d)    Disperse well until to homogeneity. 充分混合均勻

e)    Increase Cowles speed to assure a good dispersion, checking with grinding gauge.

     增加考爾斯的轉(zhuǎn)速速度，確保了良好的分散性，磨削儀檢查。

    The dispersion needs to be homogeneous and glossy.

     該分散體需要是均勻的，有光澤。
