Manufacturing instructions操作說(shuō)明

A)      Load THYOSIL E1589 into cowles and start gently agitation, add THYON PW7 and then BYK-346.

首先，將THYOSIL E1589乳液加到混合釜中，并慢速啟動(dòng)攪拌，先添加THYON PW7聚乙烯蠟，然后添加BYK-346流平劑。

B)      Separately mix Butyl Glycol, water, NX / 795, IPEL BP20, IPEL FBP2100 and BYK-024.

在另外一個(gè)容器中，將丁基乙二醇、去離子水、殺菌劑、防霉劑、消泡劑充分混合均勻。

C)      Add slowly the mixture (B) onto (A) under gently agitation.

在慢速攪拌的條件下，將B混合液，勻速加入到A混合液中。

D)      Separately mix well Tafigel Pur 80, Butyl Glycol and water.

在另外的單獨(dú)容器中，混合聚氨酯流平劑和丁基乙二醇、去離子水。

E)      Load slowly the mixture (D) onto the blend (B + A).

將D混合液慢速倒入A和B的混合液中。

F)      Keep under agitation for 15 minutes.

·         A smooth surface is obtained by sanding the wood with #150-320 grit sandpaper.

·         用# 150 - 320砂紙把木頭的表面打磨光滑。

·         A first layer of sealer is required, we suggest to apply a one based on THYOSIL E1589.

·         首先，按需要先上封閉底漆，在此我們推薦 E1549

·         Let’s dry the first coating 20 minutes, sanding the surface with #320 grit sandpaper.

·         涂完第一層20分鐘后，等到它變干。然后再使用# 320砂紙打磨。

·         Allow the layer to dry 2 hours before re-coating.

·         預(yù)涂的底漆干后2小時(shí)后，再涂第二層漆。

·         When the previous coat is dry, recoat with another layer.

·         當(dāng)先前的涂層干后，再涂另一層。

·         A minimum of two coats is suggested; allow the coating to dry 24 hours before use. It is re免費(fèi)信息mended to wait 7 days before performing the quality tests.

Manufacturing instructions

A)      Load THYOSIL E1589 into cowles and start gently agitation, add THYON PW7 and then BYK-346.

首先，將THYOSIL E1589乳液加到混合釜中，并慢速啟動(dòng)攪拌，先添加THYON PW7聚乙烯蠟，然后添加BYK-346流平劑。

B)      Separately mix Butyl Glycol, water, NX / 795, IPEL BP20, IPEL FBP2100 and BYK-024.

在另外一個(gè)容器中，將丁基乙二醇、去離子水、殺菌劑、防霉劑、消泡劑充分混合均勻。

C)      Add slowly the mixture (B) onto (A) under gently agitation.

D)      Separately mix well Tafigel Pur 80, Butyl Glycol and water.

E)      Load slowly the mixture (D) onto the blend (B + A).

F)      Increase speed and add Syloid as rain.

G)     Keep under agitation for 15 minutes.

Formulation tips配方說(shuō)明

 

» Low coalescent demand: THYOSIL E1589 has low coalescing solvent demand over other acrylic polymers. The selection of an optimum coalescing system depends on the required drying rate, temperature and relative humidity. It is suggested 8% to 10% of coalescing agents based on solids for proper film formation. It may be used lower levels depending on the porosity of the substrate, ambient humidity and other solvents used in the formulation.
Reducing the amount of coalescent allows faster drying but an excessive reduction may result in poorer film formation and consequently the loss of mechanical strength, lack of brightness, etc. It is re免費(fèi)信息mended to allow formulations to equilibrate for at least 8 hours, to obtain representative results in the tests performed.

» Rheology Modifiers:流變改性劑 Suitable polyurethane thickeners are re免費(fèi)信息mended. Keep in mind that the efficiency of urethane associative thickeners depends on the coalescing solvents chosen.  Different rheological modifiers should be tested to achieve a good balance of performance and application properties of the dried film.

» Wetting agents:潤(rùn)濕劑 Flow and levelling properties are improved by using wetting agents.
These additives must be adjusted carefully as micro-foam generally causes defects. Moreover THYOSIL E1589 has an excellent wetting force and generally it does not require support wetting additives.使用潤(rùn)濕劑可以改善流平性，添加潤(rùn)濕劑需要非常謹(jǐn)慎不然會(huì)產(chǎn)生微泡影響品質(zhì)。THYOSIL E1589本身具有很好的潤(rùn)濕能力通常不需要添加潤(rùn)濕劑。
